Description

The Poolcotec Secret is a submerged automatic pool cover — the most discreet option in the lineup. The entire mechanism is concealed within the pool structure itself, hidden beneath a removable deck piece. When deployed, the slats emerge from beneath the deck and glide across the water's surface. When retracted, the cover disappears completely. The Secret can be installed in a bench vault or a cantilever vault at the end of the pool. It requires a slot approximately 32 inches wide and 32 inches deep for the mechanism — making it ideal for new construction where the vault can be integrated into the pool design from the start. This is the only Poolcotec model that is not available for retrofit installations. The submerged design provides up to 80% heat retention and approximately 30 lbs/sq ft load resistance with the same chlorine-resistant, UV-resistant 5-chamber slat construction. Cover slats are available in standard PVC (White, Beige, Gray, Light Gray) or optional clear polycarbonate. All slats are individually replaceable. Powered by the same 24V IP68 DC motor with a surface-mounted key-operated command panel. 3-year warranty. Important: Poolcotec automatic pool covers are not currently classified as safety covers under U.S. standards (ASTM F1346). They are certified to NF P90-308 European safety standards.
