Description

The Poolcotec Prestige is a bench-type automatic pool cover that seamlessly blends form and function. The cover mechanism is housed inside an elegant bench featuring polished Iroko wood slats on a powder-coated aluminum frame — doubling as refined poolside furniture when the cover is stored. Designed for both new construction and existing pool retrofits, the Prestige is every bit as versatile as the Marquise but with a more integrated aesthetic. A convenient key switch on one of the posts operates the cover, and the system runs on a safe 24V motor for quiet, reliable performance. The Prestige bench is available in White, Beige, Anthracite, or Light Gray powder-coat finishes. Cover slats come in standard PVC (White, Beige, Gray, Light Gray) or optional clear polycarbonate for a premium upgrade. Each slat is individually replaceable and interchangeable. The 5-chamber slat design provides up to 80% heat retention and approximately 30 lbs/sq ft load resistance. Iroko wood requires periodic maintenance to preserve its natural beauty. Important: Poolcotec automatic pool covers are not currently classified as safety covers under U.S. standards (ASTM F1346). They are certified to NF P90-308 European safety standards.
