Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors. If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we will refund any amount already charged.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment processor (Stripe). You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase, including applicable shipping fees and taxes. All sales are in U.S. dollars.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information about shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Loyalty & Rewards Program

Participation in our loyalty rewards program is subject to these additional terms: Points are earned after order completion and payment confirmation. Points cannot be applied to the order that earned them and may only be redeemed on future purchases. Reward codes expire 6 months from the date of redemption. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

9. Trade Professional Program

Our Trade Professional Program is available to qualified professionals by application. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. Trade accounts are subject to additional terms provided upon approval. Trade pricing and benefits are confidential and may not be disclosed to end consumers. We reserve the right to revoke trade status at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and design — is the property of Teak & Ember Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teak & Ember Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
