Note: Shipping methods and costs vary by product type and destination. Many of our products are large outdoor items that ship via freight carrier.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

Smaller items and accessories ship via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx). Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.

Freight / LTL Shipping

Large items such as grills, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and patio furniture sets typically ship via freight (LTL) carrier. Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks from the date of shipment, depending on destination and carrier availability.

Special Order Shipping (Mosaic & Decorative Tile)

Special order products (mosaic tile, decorative tile, cement tile, specialty stone) ship via freight carrier from our manufacturing partners. Flat-rate shipping tiers apply:

  • Residential delivery available. Liftgate service: +$100 (selectable at checkout).
  • Special orders typically ship within 14 business days.
  • *Dead zones may apply — additional charges may be assessed for remote delivery areas.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. A flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout. For oversized or remote-area deliveries, additional fees may apply and will be communicated before your order ships. Fuel surcharges are included in the shipping cost and are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional processing time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

For freight/LTL deliveries, please be aware of the following:

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Delivery is typically curbside — the driver will bring the item to the end of your driveway or building entrance.
  • An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Please inspect all packages for visible damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
  • White-glove delivery (room of choice, assembly) is not included unless specifically noted in the product listing.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. For inquiries about shipping to other locations, please contact us.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 hours of delivery with photos of the damage (both the packaging and the product). Do not discard the packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
